Privacy for the public demo
The Gro CRM public demo stores the buyer details and notes you enter, your browser workspace and any inquiry you submit. Use information you have permission to share. Avoid confidential or sensitive personal information.
Your browser workspace
A secure, HTTP-only cookie acts as the key to your anonymous workspace. Anyone with that browser session may access it. This is not an authenticated seller account. The demo's delete control deletes your workspace and clears its cookie.
Storage and retention
Workspace and inquiry records are stored privately on our hosting server. They are not published. Records older than 30 days are removed during demo API activity; this is not a guaranteed deletion at an exact hour. Requests are retained for review and do not trigger email delivery.
Requests and technical data
We use a hash derived from IP address and time window to limit requests. Hosting access logs may contain IP addresses and request metadata. The landing page loads Manrope through Google Fonts, which receives the browser's font requests. No advertising analytics are installed in this public service.
Questions or deletion requests
Use the demo feedback form to contact Gro CRM. Include the receipt for an inquiry you want reviewed or deleted. Do not send a browser cookie. Anonymous requests may require verification of ownership.
