How do AI credit top-ups work?
Credit top-ups are prepaid in $5.00 increments. As your agent performs buyer research, draft generation, or phone calls, token and telephony costs are deducted against your credit balance at transparent rates. Credits never expire while your subscription is active.
Who owns my customer records and data?
You do. All contact records, deal notes, catalog files, and conversation logs belong exclusively to you. You can export your full workspace at any time in open JSON or CSV formats.
